The open-ended box wrench, or Engineer's Wrench, is used to tighten bolts on water tight hatches.  It can be locked in 45⁰, 90⁰, 135⁰, and 180⁰ working angles allowing for complete rotation in the often-tight spaces on ships.  

Made from 17-4 PH stainless steel heat treated to H925 then finished with a media tumbling.
